When will I be charged?
Your credit card will be first charged on the next billing date after your campaign goes live. Our system automatically charges on the 2nd, 10th, 18th, and 26th of the month. Due to system processing times, if you schedule a campaign to begin the day before one of these automatic charge dates, we will begin charging you the next week (i.e. if your campaign starts on January 1, your first charge will be January 10 instead of January 2). We’ll send you a confirmation when you’re charged, and you can see all past charges by visiting your Transaction History (found under Account). Your first billing date will also be stated in the campaign summary.
How will my billing be affected if I pause or cancel a campaign?
If you pause or cancel your campaign, Hulu will stop delivering impressions. You will only be charged for delivered impressions, including any that run during the short period while we process your pause or cancellation request.
If you resume a paused campaign before it is scheduled to end, the regular billing schedule will resume based on the start date.
How do I pay for my Ad?
With a credit card. Hulu accepts all major credit cards. To submit a campaign, you will be required to provide your credit card information.
Can I use a debit card or a business bank account for payments?
No, currently you can use only a credit card.
